A mimosa favourite consisting of
an aubergine slit length ways and
filled with tomatoes, onions, garlic, peppers and oven-baked in tomato
sauce served with Turkish rice and seasonal salad

Red and green pepper stuffed with a delicious
filling of rice, onion,
pine kernels, currants, flat-leaf parsley, mint, olive oil and sweet
spices. Served hot or cold with yogurt and seasonal salad

A fantastic vegetarian food, with onion, green
and red paper,
aubergine, carrot, mushroom, courgettes, cooked with a special sauce of
tomato, a touch of garlic and black pepper, topped with cheese.
